Technical HCM Functional Support team member/abap programmer, needs to know ESS/ MSS as well as other key modules or areas (e.g., e-recruitment, six success factors, etc.). Work as a member of an SAP 6.0 HCM implementation. Provide hands-on support in the development of FRICE (Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Enhancements) objects. Have general knowledge and expertise within SAP 6.0 HCM with some areas of expert knowledge. Be able to work independently and as part of a team. Good oral and written communication, a self-starter is essential. At least 5-7 years of progressive experience as an SAP 6.0 HCM technical team member. Experience in a discrete manufacturing environment a plus.
