Responsibilities will include making small enhancements and scripting within SalesForce as well as supporting end users within the marketing and sales departments with access on mobile devices, troubleshooting, and process flows within the system. A strong customer service mentality is required as you will be supporting end users via the phone , email, and other methods. Experience or knowledge of C# will be considered a strong plus to assist with application troubleshooting. *Required Skills:* • At least 2 years experience with Salesforce.com platform. • 3+ years experience providing support for end-users. • 3+ years experience with mobile devices (Blackberry and iPhone). • 3+ years experience with SalesForce Connect for Lotus Notes or Outlook a plus • Advanced PC skills and troubleshooting. • Able to work in team environment and interact with other technical resources to solve issues as a group. • Excellent oral and written communication skills (will be communicating with end-users for majority of work time).
