Must be Citizens, GC or EAD GC. Responsibilities: Creating various dashboards using Cognos 10, Extend the Cognos BI framework to incorporate new data elements. Ability to report on all projects (capital & OMWP) in one system, which will better capture TPC (operating & capital) if project move from one category to the other, Ability to spread all project cost by month for the current budget year Ability to flag projects & create a template that could be a standard report - with ability to modify project list Write various ETL feeds to pull in the data from various source systems such as SAP, primavera p6. * *Requirements: Must know FRAMEWORK MANAGER very well, Must have 5+ yrs exp independently developing Cognos apps & Cognos reports from the ground up. Must have 1 yrs solid exp with Cognos 10 and its various studios including insight. Exp in design, development, testing, implementation, & migration of Cognos 10 framework, cubes, & reports in Cognos 10 & later versions. Strong Cognos suite products admin skills Must have recent practical exp with Date modeling, & Dimensional modeling, with a working knowledge of the Star Schema. Must have 5+ yrs writing SQL queries to validate reports, & research data in the table. Must have 3+ yrs exp supporting Cognos business apps with direct customer contact. Must possess analytical & critical thinking skills with technical problems of high complexity, i.e., ability to collect info to ascertain the root cause of a complex issue & make timely decisions when recommending corrective action. Must have the ability to prioritize & manage multiple tasks & assignments of moderate to high complexity, working tenaciously to meet or beat deadlines.
