Description: Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Prepares specifications for system changes. Recommends and initiates systems testing. Acts as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies. Provides direction and guidance to less experienced staff.: 7+ years of experience in business systems analysis and/or design. Additional Job Details: Candidate will be paired up with a lead technical analyst supporting a new Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 tenant being setup for a existing business unit. Candidate must have 1+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 experience. If they don't, do not submit the candidate. Prior experience in MS CRM 4.0 is helpful but will not suffice for MS CRM 2011 experience. MS Certification experience in Dynamics CRM 2011 also helpful, but not required. Person will be responsible for interacting with both business and technology in the technical analyst role. Person will need to know what features/functions are provided out of the box from Dynamics 2011 vs what things require customization/configuration changes to support. Candidate will be responsible for creating data mapping for migration of existing Saleslogix data to Dynamics CRM to support project migration requirements. Candidate will be working with lead technical analyst translating requirements into design criteria for the CRM tool. Candidate will be responsible for working with middleware group as we setup web services between the CRM application and our internal systems. Candidate needs to understand web services, xml data mapping, and how to create activity/system diagrams to illustrate flow as part of the detailed design documents that will be created. Candidate must have very clear communication skills as they will be interacting with our business partners as requirements are clarified/created and JAD sessions are held to refine outstanding questions on approach. Candidate must know how to test the changes that will be implemented and will need to be able to articulate to our test team how best to approach validation from a scenario perspective. Candidate must be very self-motivated and driven. Must have own transportation. Will be located onsite in West Des Moines as part of existing team. Preferred skills include Quality Center (ver 9+) for testing validating the end state solution along with mortgage experience to understand terms discussed as part of the business requirements.
