Role -: Project Manager Location: Newark, NJ (Plaza) Target Start Date: June 3rd 2013 Years of Experience: 8+ Rate: $70 per hour Scope of Work: Seeking an experienced Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience leading large scale and cross functional business initiatives with oversight of multiple and highly dependent work streams. The initiative will be to move to a new PeopleSoft platform and implement a new suite of employee, manager and HR self service tools. The focus of this role will be on overall Project Management and coordination of the payroll and workforce administration stream of this project. The candidate must possess payroll operations, workforce administration and PeopleSoft experience. Must be able to effectively engage and coordinate with key business partners, manage outstanding deliverables, and identify issues impacting the payroll and workforce administration process. Required Skills: . Experienced in managing complex business and technology initiatives to include developing the project and governance structure, the project plan, identifying and mitigating emerging risks, and tracking and communicating status on each work stream of the project. . Project Managed large scale HRIS implementations . Experienced in leading strategic initiatives with budgets in excess of $1 million and durations of more than 12 months. . Demonstrated ability in managing and influencing others not within the direct reporting lines . Ability to effectively work with all levels of an organization . Experienced in change management processes . Strong negotiation, interpersonal, partnership, and communications skills . Payroll operations experience . Familiarity with PeopleSoft and employee self service tools . HR Business background applied to HR systems implementation . PMI Certification .
