The Developer [Post Load] designs and develops ETL programs using SQL to conform, standardize, format, organize and extract data in the Enterprise Data Warehouse environment. The ETL developer works directly with EDW Business Analysts to implement business requirements defined in the mapping specifications. *ETL stands for Extract-Transform-Load *Required Skills: * • 4+ years’ experience in developing complex SQL, PL/pgSQL or PL/SQL using a text editor. • Experience with Window and Aggregate expressions, arrays, tables, views, indexes and distribution keys. • Strong understanding of database architecture including, partitioning, parallelism, tuning, partition pruning and working with large data sets (>5 million rows). • Strong understanding of database concepts including referential integrity, indexes and keys, table metadata, transaction isolation levels, database normalization and dimensional models. • Moderate understanding of basic ETL concepts including data flows, data enrichment, data consolidation, change data capture and transformation. • Strong written and oral communication skills.
