Client is  looking for a fully functional technical professional with
strong technical skills and a solid understanding of RAN Engineering.  This
RF Engineer should be proficient in RF propagation theory, link budget
analysis, RF plumbing options, antenna patterns, and wireless hardware and
software integrations.  Likewise, he/she will need an understanding of
network morphology, topology, traffic patterns, cell planning, and RF
shaping to develop RF interference mitigation solutions.


*Job Descriptions*

•                 Designs and/or plans wireless radio access network
communications systems, including radio propagation modeling and
prediction, microwave path

                   analysis, interference analysis,   frequency
coordination, cell site equipment layout, parameter definition and
ancillary equipment.

•                 Be proficient in RF propagation theory, link budget
analysis, RF plumbing options, antenna patterns, and wireless hardware and
software integrations.

•                 Develops new concepts, methods and techniques.

•                 Create RFDS and RF plumbing diagrams to integrate
different design mitigation solutions.

•                 Works on problems requiring judgment and in-depth
evaluation of multiple factors.

•                 Analyzes and interprets research to evaluate and
recommend solutions.

•                 Communication- Explains advanced technical information to
others (typically non-RF experienced personnel)

•                 Support the development of reports on RF interference
mitigation solutions
