Job Title : Peoplesoft HR Technical Developer Location : Riverwoods, IL Duration : 3+ Months Contract (strong possibility for extension) Peoplesoft HR Technical Developer willing to provide support The Sr HRIS Consultant is primarily responsible for the supporting and maintaining the Client’s HRMS system. This position is also responsible for audit/maintenance procedures, issue resolution, reporting requirements including special ad-hoc reporting. This position will also assist with HR related interfaces and coordinate information exchange with various internal and external vendors that interact with the HR System. Success in this role will be recognized by consistently stable day-to-day operations, customer satisfaction, and the incumbent’s ability to grow with the job and improve the way we use Human Resources technology. Essential Duties and Responsibilities .Provide technical leadership and team guidance during full life-cycle implementations for any Projects undertaken by HRIS Technical Team .Provide Technical support for the HRMS system (PeopleSoft, ADP) and troubleshoot day-to-day Production issues. .Manage Interface File Transmissions by monitoring inbound/outbound files and perform error resolution for daily interfaces to/from internal and external .vendors and applications that interact with the HRMS System .Act as primary liaison for all technical assignments and coordinate assignments between onsite / offshore technical team members if project has an offshore component. .Develop, maintain and enhance PeopleCode, AppEngine, PeopleTools 8.51; SQL/ SQR programs. .Assist in the evaluation of new functionality and participates in the implementation of additional modules in Peoplesoft HCM and demonstrate creative use of application without modifications to meet business requirements .Create detailed technical documentation and specifications for customizations and projects based on functional specification document. .Identify issues that require more attention and work to resolve issues based on an understanding of the business problem being solved .Develop conversion programs to incorporate new acquisitions and enhances other applications as business dictates .Develop Test plans, ensure software quality assurance (SQA) and Development standards are achieved, and validate that business goals are accomplished Experience .5+ years of experience with the PeopleSoft application, .Experience with ADP Payroll; Implementation of PeopleSoft HR with ADP as payroll would be preferred. .End-to-end participation in at least 2 full life cycle implementations is required .Expert in SQL, PeopleTools, PeopleCode and Application Engine programming Warm Regards, Steven Smith Panzer Solutions LLC Norwalk, CT 06850 USA Direct Line: 203-652-1444 Ext:175 Fax: 203-286-1457 E-mail: steven.sm...@panzersolutions.com Notice of Confidentiality: The information contained herein is intended only for the confidential use of the recipient.
