Excellent object-oriented analysis, design and development skills 3. Proficient in J2EE web technologies - Java, JSP, Javascript, HTML, AJAX, JDBC and Java Design Patterns (hands-on experience in at least 3-4 of these technologies) 4. Translate high-level solution or concept into technical design 3. Produce high-level solution or concept for IBS related requirements 4. Produce detailed task lists including dependencies and the effort required to implement each task 5. Perform detailed impact analysis of proposed changes. 6. Assess technical risks and develop mitigation plans 7. Assist Project Manager or Delivery coordinator in establishing delivery schedule 8. Produce technical design documents 9. Provide very granular implementation details in order to facilitate quality, effective and reliable development 10. Provide technical guidance to the developers throughout the delivery process 11. Have thorough knowledge of Oracle standard features and processes in order to minimize customization where ever possible 12. Achieve efficiency in the over all delivery process 13. Optimize delivery time by identifying tasks for parallel execution 14. Optimize resource utilization through agile methodology where ever applicable 15. Perform technical code walk-through 16. Define over-all technological strategy 17. Have thorough knowledge of ALL aspects of technical design with in the OCoE Generic Managerial Skills : 1. Must possess strong business analysis 2. Excellent communication skills, must be very self-motivating and take ownership of responsibilities 3.
