Drive or contribute to continuous improvement within the QA team, including providing unique contributions and process improvements. Identify, develop, and execute test approach for each individual testing responsibility (functional, load, etc) with increased complexity. Experience Required: 3+ years of previous development or QA work experience required. Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Deep knowledge of internet technologies. Advanced knowledge of SQL. Advanced knowledge of systems infrastructure. Advanced knowledge of quality management tools. Advanced e-commerce experience. Advanced knowledge of QA process and SDLC, with experience on long term or multi-phased projects. Advanced knowledge of CVS/version control. Advanced understanding of IT infrastructure. Advanced understanding of QA automation. Proven skill in defect identification. Hands-on use of command-line driven technology such as Unix or Linux. Basic programming skills.
