*Title:* *oracle warehouse builder* posted on 2013-07-19 10:32:06 *Job Description:*Oracle Warehose Builder(OWB) ETL Developer Location: Hoboken, NJ NJ Re-insurance client is looking for Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB) ETL developer and excellent data modeling skills. 6 month contract Responsibilities * Participate in the design and requirement meetings, support QC testing and deployment of ETL processes. * Strong working experience with Oracle Warehouse Builder creating complex mappings, dimensions and cubes using design center and control center that perform efficiently. * 5 years working experience in Oracle * Ability to analyze existing ETL code OWB mapping, PL/SQL and shell script, and determine impacts and remediation. * Ability to analyze existing database schema DDL/instance layout and determine impacts migrating to new target schema/instance environment. * Ability to interact with Business Analysts, DBAs and QC Quality Control testing team to understand requirements, develop solutions and support testing cycles. * Support OWB database and data warehouse production support which requires off-hour availability and connectivity. * Ability to document new and enhanced functionality in the form of ETL specification documents. * Performance tuning OWB ETL mappings to diagnose slow performing mappings and develop solutions to improve mappings performance. * Writing complex SQL queries (involving multiple joins, sub-queries and analogical functions) *Job Requirements:* Qualifications and Education Requirements * A Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering. * 3 years of OWB experience, preferably with 2+ year of Data-warehousing or business intelligence application experience. * Oracle 10g / Oracle Warehouse Builder experience is required. * Experience with database programming is required. * Strong analytical and problem skills *Click here to view full job descripton and apply*<http://www.ejobsville.com/display-job/8691/> (Guest users can also apply) ------------------------------ Best regards, eJobsVille.com - For The Best Tech Jobs In Town -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
