*Responsibilities:* Determine and develop a compensation management system which will provide detailed information for contract negotiations. This will replace a COBOL, Excel and mainframe sequential file process. It must be determined which would be the best technical solution. The base data comes from a system custom developed over 40 years ago. This will not be changing. COTS, custom or a hybrid system need to be evaluated and a solution recommended in the first phase which we expect to take three months. The remainder of the project will be the implementation of the solution.
