Job Description: This job requires candidate to have a COLLEGE DEGREE (i.e. BS Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering). STRONG wireless Mobility network performance engineering background (understand interworking of RAN and CORE network), STRONG understanding and practical experience with PL/SQL (able to write simple to complex queries on their own and comprehend complex queries written by others), STRONG analytical background (able to validate statistical data and detect data integrity issues), STRONG experience on probe and CDRs, VERY GOOD communication skills (verbal and written), SOME experience with AT&T’s Mobility network and its databases (NDR, Optima, or CSS) and good programming skills.
