Position: Websphere Portal Developer Location: Peoria, Illinois Duration: 12+ Months Phone + Inperson Interview Description: We have a long term contract opportunity for a seasoned Websphere Portal Developer in Peoria, IL. Specifically we need someone with version 8 experience. We highly prefer a local resource or someone willing to relocate to Peoria for the duration of the project. An in-person final interview in Peoria, IL will be required. Essential Functions of Websphere Portal Developer: -Strong in designing and developing IBM websphere portal solutions - WebSphere Portal 6.x and above. -Candidates should have solid understanding of J2EE application development, including the ability to read and understand servlets, portlets, and Java Server Faces (JSFs). -Should have strong experience in Portal design with Design patterns.
