This position covers a range of responsibilities throughout the software development lifecycle including meeting with clients and working with other developers. Details The essential duties and responsibilities include items listed below. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned to meet business needs. Become familiar with our client’s core business and operations as well as the operations of the services provided to each client. Work directly with our client’s Business Managers during the envisioning process. May also attend client meetings to assist in envisioning. Analyze and translate requirements into technical design documents. Develop whole web-based solutions including design, development, testing and deployment ensuring the technical quality of all deliverables. Work with other developers to construct solutions as project needs require. Assist in the creation of project and test plans. Manage all documentation associated with the creation and management of projects and sub-projects. Research and evaluate emerging technologies and advise on the adoption of new techniques and industry best practices for achieving high availability and high performance. Support other department personnel as business needs require. Requirements Individual must be proficient in physical and logical network architecture and design as well as efficiently operate a personal computer. A strong background utilizing Microsoft Office products is essential.
