Respond me at *vineet...@systelcomputers.com* * * *Position: Websphere Admin Location: San Francisco, CA Duration: 6 Months+ ** Experience Level: 8-9+ Years** Description:* Strong working experience with IBM Websphere Application Server, IBM Websphere Portal, Tomcat, JBoss, Apache, etc. Ideal candidates will have detailed knowledge in UNIX shell scripts, UNIX system concepts, Java, J2EE, databases, networking, Configuration Management tools, etc. Proven ability in automation using ANT, PERL scripts, Shell Scripting, Jython/jacl, Mave, Chef/Puppet, etc. in a continuous build environment would b e a plus Demonstrated expertise in Web, Application and Portal Server system engineering supporting development and production systems in a Unix/Linux and Windows operating environment with at least 6+ years of progressive experience. Proficient in configuring and supporting Websphere and JBoss clustering, JDBC JMS queues, etc. Demonstrated experience in project development and operation support activities for large enterprise projects and technical environment. Proven ability to support, monitor and tune applications on virtualized computing environment. Demonstrated experience in the application platform engineering with good knowledge of Websphere, Tomcat and JBoss. Proficient in deploying and support applications on Websphere, Tomcat and JBoss application servers Demonstrated expertise in installing, configuring Websphere, JBoss Enterprise Application Platform 5.1 and Tomcat V6 or v7 Basic understand in RDBMS Technologies such as Oracle 10g, MySQL, etc. Good customer service skills supporting Developers and Operational team members. Candidate will have demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems in multi-vendor operating environment. Experience with other application servers like WebLogic Application Server is a plus Candidate will be proficient in written and verbal communications.
