Please send qualified local candidates. *Skill Sets:* *Required:* *Desired:* Education Level: Undergraduate Degree Industry Experience: 3 - 5 Years Operating System(s)/Engineering: Windows XP Software Application Knowledge/Engineering: Software Application Knowledge Development Tools: C Sharp C++ MS Visual Basic Industry Experience: Greater than 5 Years General Responsibilities: oDesign scalable and reusable automated test framework to improve software development efficiency with test team and to automate existing regression tests. oDefine and create test infrastructure that is extensible and provides a foundation (infrastructure) that supports efficient and effective testing with MS Test Manager. oParticipate in software development projects with an emphasis on designing, and executing automated tests. oHelp drive automated tests into project plan. oDevelop technical solutions to difficult problems that require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity. oProvide training and mentoring to team members as appropriate. oEnvision and define priorities, guidelines, and metrics for effective automation coverage, to improve testability, scalability, reusability, and maintainability. Minimum Requirements: o3 years of experience of software development using Microsoft Visual Studio. o3 years of experience on Microsoft Test Manager, HP Quality Center, or HP QuickTest Professional (QTP) o5 years of web-based or GUI object-based automated test experience. oStrong analytical skills. oKnowledge of current industry wide Quality & Test processes and practices, tools, and techniques. oBS in Engineering or related field with 5-8 years of experience, or M.S. in Engineering or related field with 3- years of experience.
