*Greetings,* *Hope you are doing Well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!* *Please forward a profiles to **shan...@techconsultinc.com*<shan...@techconsultinc.com> *Here are the requirement details* -- *St. Louis Park, MN* *Network Engineer * *6 mo contract* **upon offer, candidates must complete a background check** *Project and Operational Support duties:* · Work on and lead multiple work streams related to network upgrade projects. · Complete the technical assessment and design for the project tasks and then be able to give specific direction to the outsourcing partner to implement the changes. · Document and assign tasks within the Network team’s work streams. · Provide follow support for any portion of the IP Network, as needed, after project migrations. · Collaborate across the Telecom, Security, Midrange, Data Center and Application teams to deliver a network upgrade on schedule and with high quality. · Provide design and support for the Firewall and Intrusion Detection device changes on the network. · Collaborate on the designing and implementation of IP voice and data networks. · Mentor other staff members during the project and migration of services. · Exercise Innovation during all stages of the project life cycle from design through implementation. · Responsible for delivery of excellence in products, process, and infrastructure management. · Accountable for following and executing Change Management processes and other operational processes. · Provide follow up support after project migrations. *Strategy & Innovation duties:* · Identify, and lead the Network project work streams in a manner that will enhance the infrastructure. · Identify and suggest areas for improvement related to the implementation of the technology and coordination of the work effort. · Help plan and deliver a methodology to ensure a smooth project execution with complete documentation. · Have working knowledge of latest developments in network technology, including new products and services. *Requirements and Skills:* · Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology field or equivalent work experience. · Demonstrated and successful leadership skills within a large project initiative. · Minimum certification of CCNP or higher. · Experience with Cisco routers, VOIP, Firewalls, Network Management Systems, Wireless and application delivery infrastructure technologies. · Experience designing and/or managing a corporate firewall and Network Security Environment. · Extensive experience working with multiple vendors in an outsourced environment is mandatory. · Extensive experience working with NetScaler application delivery capabilitiesNetScaler application delivery capabilitiesNetScaler application delivery capabilitiesNetScaler application delivery capabilitiesNetScaler application delivery capabilitiesCitrix Netscaler SDX application delivery platform is mandatory. · Excellent customer service skills. · Successful candidate will have expert experience in IP networking, utilizing Cisco hardware; and all types of IP routing utilizing routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP. · Successful experience working in rapid changing environments. · Experience delivering solutions in a multi-vendor, multi-platform environment. · Excellent verbal communication and written skills with the ability to clearly document and communicate plans, designs and project direction to peers and other departments. Also possess a strong ability to communicate effectively with management. · Ability to work on multiple items simultaneously while meeting deadlines. · Excellent time management, problem solving and decision making skills. · Ability to adapt and support organizational change.
