Ability to take the functional and non-functional requirements and propose solution that will be able to meet the requirements. 2. Identify the design areas and the integration point between these areas (atleast few of the design areas). Effectively track the integration points in the design to ensure there are no omissions. 3. Work with the design team to realize the architecture by providing suggestions on design options. 4. Review and validate the design decisions taken by the design teams. 5. Work with client architecture teams in- defining overall solution architecture - procure the enterprise standards that need to be followed - validate the non-functional requirements 6. Present the architecture and design to necessary stake holders as required. 7. Working experience with common SDLC methods (RUP, Velociq) 8. Must have worked in atleast one medium complex architecture Skill2 - Branding and Thought Leadership Interact with Partners, Vendors, External Forums for branding and thought leadership in the area of specialization. Publish white papers, conduct Knowledge sharing sessions at WT level, advisory sessions to customers Innovative solutions, Defining clear roadmap and strategies, Competitive analysis and product marketing positioning *Essential Skill(s)* *Skill1 - Fusion Middleware * Should have Good knowledge of Oracle SOA Suite (BPEL, ESB, OWSM, B2B, BAMetc.) with a preferred Java, J2EE, PL-SQL background, Should know XML, XSLT, XPath, XQuery etc. Should have 2+ Years of Experience in Fusion Middleware side coupled with Java implementation for web based applications or service development knowledge, Should understand customer requirement Should understand complex functional requirements Should contribute to design Should be able to prepare Technical design document Should be able to configure and deliver technical components Should be able to prepare Unit Test Plan Should be able to perform Unit Testing *Additional Skill(s)* *Fusion Middleware * Should be a Oracle DBA with Oracle application server administration knowledge, Should have Fusion product installation and configuration skills, having XML, Linux, Solaris skills Should have Good communication and customer interaction skills.
