Business Analyst Philadelphia PA 6+ Months *F2F Interview Required!!* *Must have: Financials experience* Responsibilities: The Global Field Financials team is being created to develop, deploy and maintain the standard Field Financial System that will be used throughout's client global operations. This person will report to the IT Directorandwill principally support the GFF Solution Development team and as well as support various work streams for the Business Process and Standardization Teamsall working toward the advancement of the Global Field Financials project. This individual will be directly responsible for developing the functional specifications that are the outputs from the business teams and incorporate processes and practices from the IT teams. This person will interact regularly with members of the field-based and tower-based user community, the development team, and have regular interactions with members of the LOB and Country Management Teams and the Deployment team. Coordination with all the aforementioned teams to ensure that the system requirements are understood and implemented as planned Detailed responsibilities include: Solution or process design by re-engineering in collaboration with business users. Conducting workshops and meetings, documenting business requirements and preparing functional documentation. Organization of deliverables including follow-through communications until all parts and processes are finished and/or in production. Post-business discussion recapsor preparation and distribution of meeting notes, diagrams and other forms of functional outputs. Developing and maintaining documentation on current and future state of information technology systems, applications, interfaces and processes. Coordination with IT development staff to review requirements and integrate technical needs, prepare mockups, prepare business use case scenarios and other forms of technical documentation. Work closely with business leaders and their staff to validate assumptions, assess operating realities anddetermine deployment impact Evaluate instructional learning / training materials, documentation, policies, standards and procedures related to the project. Coordinates with various on-shore / off-shore consulting practices an assimilate needs into several on-going work streams Expected to develop time estimates for new or modified work items including constraints, dependencies and other variables under the guidance of the IT team. Estimate and establish cost parameters for new development of software, interfaces and process improvementsunder the guidance of the IT team. Will be required to work with a project manager to collapse new project items into individual or comprehensive plans. Test scenario / case development and execution. Will complete work in accordance with corporate established SDLC processes. Be an integral part of future implementation project teams for implementing additional functionality in the Global Field Financials project arena.
