Please note that Java, Spring, Hibernate, and mobile (iOS or Android) development experience is important to my client manager. This person also will be interacting directly with the business so communication skills must be 100% Location: Tulsa, OK Duration: 6-12 months Rate: $45/hr Seeking a software engineer to assist our team developing new, modifying / adapting existing applications, and providing on-going support for our Engineering & Construction (E&C) applications environment. We need someone that can handle the full SDLC including requirements gathering, design, development, and testing. Role: - Coordinate with users to determine requirements, review system requirements and business processes with team. - Code, test, debug and implement applications. - Provide information technology advice and services to internal clients. - Evaluate current application functionality and help make design decisions. - Create complex stored procedures and logical data queries with error handling. *Qualifications* We need someone with a good general web development background on the Java / J2EE stack (Java 1.7 ideal). We need someone with experience developing within a Spring / Hibernate framework following common OO design pattern standards. This role also will have a mobile component so expertise on either iOS or Android will be critical. Technical skill set should also include general web development skills from the GUI to the code behind. The tools my client uses include: - JBoss AS 8 (Wildfly) - Sencha / ExtJS - Oracle (SQL Plus, PL/SQL, DB Visualizer/TOAD) - Web Services (ESB, REST, etc..)
