New screens will be developed to add functionality and file types. This project will also require an interface with legacy system and criminal systems. *Required Skills:* · Web Application Analysis and Design including ability to fully document requirements and design. · Testing of large, complex systems. · Use of HTML or Dreamweaver for screen design. · Detailed documentation expertise. *Experience Desired:\* · 8 years of progressive systems analyst experience working with large-scale, complex online systems, including at least two years as a senior systems analyst on a large-scale web based project. · Prior experience with either Government, or criminal applications a big plus. *Description of Work:* · This position serves as a senior business systems analyst and performs systems analysis, design, creation of test plans and test scripts, testing, and documentation for Civil Team projects. This individual must interact with other analysts and programmers assigned to the project, the existing vendor, county staff and have the ability to communicate effectively in oral or written form and maintain good working relationships within and outside the development team. Expertise in the design and implementation of court applications is highly desirable.
