The work will entail administration of Documentum and Captiva environments Enterprise Documentum Management, Web Content Management, Imaging, and Records Management applications. Roles and responsibility The candidate will ensure the continuity of the 24/7 production environment, and support the Enterprise Content Management Development and Test environments. The candidate will work as part of a team that supports and develops applications for use against the Documentum 5.2.5x, 5.3x, 6.5x, 6.7x and 7.0 platforms in production, test, and development environments. The work will entail administration of Documentum and Captiva environments, including performing upgrades, and providing technical and troubleshooting support. The work will cover support of collaboration, Enterprise Documentum Management, Web Content Management, Imaging, and Records Management applications. This candidate will be supporting configuration management, and reviewing and editing pertinent documentation to ensure high quality documents are produced and maintained. After hours and on call support will be required of this position.
