*Duration: 6+ Months* *Rates: $55-57/hr on C2C MAX* I would like to find someone who has Classic Profit Center Accounting - Balance Sheet by Profit Center experience and Foreign Currency Valuation and balance load/conversion experience. Other than the job description the client is looking for: good comm skills, good interpersonal skills, good organizing skills, data conversion, acquisitions, merger from SAP to SAP, consolidation, documentation, etc *Summary: *The SAP FI Specialist will consult with users from various teams to gather and interpret requirements for Finance, Tax and Treasury projects. Applicants are typically IT Professionals with experience in SAP ECC 6.0 FI/CO system configuration and development skills. The selected person is expected to have strong working knowledge of Finance processes. *Essential Duties/Responsibilities:* - Provide support for the FI/CO SAP module. - Provide support for end-users within the Finance, Tax and Treasury. - Identify requirements and make the appropriate system configuration changes. - Work with SAP developers to formalize specifications for custom development. - Assist with documentation and performance of unit testing and User Acceptance testing - Keep supervisor or team lead informed of significant cross-team, cross-functional issues and/or significant technical challenges as appropriate. Proactively work to solve these issues while including the key functional and/or business stakeholders *Education:* - Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or related education/experience *Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:* · Advanced skills with data analysis and problem solving. · Advanced skills and knowledge of technical documentation. · Strong analytical abilities, communication and interpersonal skills · Strong time management skills, ability to multi-task and work in a team environment. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on customer facing interaction, customer service, and presentation. - Self starter with leadership qualities who can work independently and in teams on tasks and projects with limited supervision. - Ability to provide quality business solutions within compressed timelines and delivery dates. - Able to work independently and communicate risks, potential problems and appropriate resolutions to supervisor *Physical Requirements:* - Must be able to sit for extended periods of time and view computer terminal. *Working Conditions* - Normal Office Environment. - Some overtime may be required to meet specified deadlines. - Work schedule will start as early as 8:00 AM. *Experience:* - 5 + years of experience with SAP configuration. - SAP ECC 6.0 and EHP 6 experience preferable - Strong working knowledge of core FI/CO business processes. - SAP FI configuration experience in the following areas: GL, AP, AR, Tax, Treasury. · Strong working knowledge of SAP FI master data with the ability to analyze the impact of configuration or process changes across other SAP modules --- *With Warm Regards * *Madhu Roy* GenuineIT LLC *Certified Women Owned Business* Making IT Happen...
