We are looking at people with following skills, "People with java/j2ee development experience", "Performance defect analysis" and "Performance tuning or optimization". Job role: 1. Analyze Heap Dumps, Thread Dumps, Stack Traces, GC Logs, TCP Dumps 2. Improving the performance using Front End Optimization, Tune JVM, Code Profiling, SQL Tuning and Profiling 3. Identify and isolate performance issues on all layers of application stack including Network, OS, Application, Database. 4. Provide and validate solutions for performance bottlenecks and provide Best Practices and Recommendations. 5. Creating/implementing proactive performance engineering frameworks for Agile/Waterfall models. 6. Good Experience in Java/JEE. Ability to understand Java Code, previous development experience. Strong understanding of multithreading and garbage collection. 7. Ability to analyse performance metrics from Wily Introscope & Nimsoft. 8. Review and validate the architecture, design and technology choices against NFRs 9. Fix architecture and design issues in the existing system in order to improve performance and scalability. 10. Diagnosis and fix performance & scalability related issues in Java/J2EE technology based applications/ platform 11. Tune the application and software infrastructure to improve the performance and scalability 12.
