This Lead SDET is also responsible for taking test ownership of functional areas that are being created and drive in world class quality in not only the code but in the processes by which it is created and tested. For owned projects , the Lead SDET will drive test planning, scheduling, test case organization, documentation, reviews, automation planning & execution, progress & results reporting, and lead bug triage meetings. The Lead SDET must ramp up to an expert state in required SAP modules/functional areas and technologies assigned and become a knowledge resource in the group. Work closely with program managers, dev. leads, test managers and production support and drive issues to resolution. Collaborate and coordinate with partner teams to productively engage integration testing efforts. Ensure compliance with privacy, security and performance guidelines. Drive the creation of, a scalable and extensible test infrastructure, increase our automation coverage. Leverage his/her experience partnering and collaborating with other teams to promote test improvements and adopt locally embraced test methodologies.
