We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated backend web developer to join the growing product development team. This Software Engineer will work with Program Managers, Business Analysts, and other IT staff to understand requirements, and develop and modify existing applications built on Ruby on Rails. The Software Engineer must have considerable experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and demonstrate a high degree of ownership and accountability.
