I have multiple openings. Position Summary The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for mapping defined ITIL ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform system processes to current customer capability needs associated with multi-vendor platform solutions. The BSA will be required to perform service, process, and data analysis working with the Services Transition team members including but not limited to the Service Solution Designer to identify and prepare customer information for implementation. The BSA is instrumental in identifying successful service delivery solutions, leveraging business process knowledge and service delivery technologies. The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual who is comfortable thinking creatively with the leadership abilities to ensure positive outcomes. They will collaborate with business customers and partners to elicit, document and craft requirements, otherwise known as Stories. The BSA may be responsible for participating in the development of value propositions and business benefit analysis as well as systematically addressing business and technical problems. They are responsible for activities associated to Service Transition programs focused on IT Service Management which include such processes as Incident, Problem and Change Management. Position Requirements Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering Strong analytical skills with the ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows Strong communications skills (verbal and written) and the ability to work with English as a Second language customers Deep experience in interviewing, analysis and requirements gathering methods to deliver work products such as use cases/user stories and user acceptance criteria across multiple project engagement iterations ITIL V3 Foundations certification preferred; knowledge of Enterprise ITSM Support processes including a deep understanding of incident, problem and change management processes Prior experience with the ServiceNow application interface (or similar tools) is a plus Strong knowledge and experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and iterative practices in a service delivery lifecycle Experience facilitating workshops and focus groups with strong business/client engagement skills Self-starter; capable of managing multiple priorities with limited instruction or oversight Demonstrated deep understanding of the business domain and drive to defined standards which are intended toresolve current state service issues Understanding of how process and technology integrates to deliver high business value Ability to describe the relationship between a proposed solution and trade-offs based on the client’s business requirements Prior work experience related to Information architecture, system analysis, business analysis, transition management, system administration, requirements gathering and technical writing Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or proven history of comparable work experience.
