*Job Title : ETL DeveloperLocation: Montgomery, ALDuration: 6+months* *Rate:MarketGC AND US Citizen.* *Position:The ETL Developer will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing, developing, and implementing highly efficient and scalable data movement ETL (extract, transform, and load) processes. Data transformation and integration will be used for various data flows in and out of many IT environments including an operational data store, data warehouse, data marts, and other data repositories. * *Responsibilities:Design and develop ETL processes for cleansing and loading data into the operational and application data stores, as well as develop batch and real-time solutions to support application and integration initiatives. Analyzes disparate data sources to develop aggregation models for inclusion into the operational data storeDesign and develop data structures for mining and information retrieval applications that support small scale information needs as well as enterprise-wide strategic initiatives. Perform data profiling tasks including column analysis, structural analysis, simple rule analysis, and complex rule analysis. Assist with resolving data anomalies and data quality issues. Perform advanced tuning of applications and software processes, including customization, problem analysis, and resolution. Assist with writing and maintaining project documentation, including but not limited to formal requirements, design documents, and test plans. Interact with system administration and DBA groups. Support development initiatives by working with application design and development teams to reach optimal data design, quality, and integration patterns. Support development of ad hoc and canned reports to support business initiatives and objectives.Provide post-implementation support, respond to problems quickly and provide both short and long term resolutions.* *Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree, Information Systems or Computer Science discipline preferred. ETL experience may substitute for education.5 years of experience in leading ETL tool such as Informatica, SSIS, Datastage. Informatica PowerCenter 9.5 preferred. Expertise in designing & providing solution for data migration. Ability to understand functional requirements, assess complexity in migrating data across systems and provide estimate and timelines.
