Ø Excellent client engagement and stakeholder management skills. Ø 7+ years of work experience in high tech industry in Product Management and Project Management roles, in the field of global enterprise systems implementation. Ø Prior experience in technology systems performance, latency/resiliency measurements, and SLA management is important. Ø Strong analytical skills and broad business knowledge Ø In-depth knowledge of Product/ Service Lifecycle (PLC) and product development. Ø Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills, with ability to tailor communications to technical, business, and executive-level audiences Ø Familiarity with modern IT systems, databases and technologies, especially Internet related technologies, data processing, and SOA web services. Ø Prior Cisco experience, especially in service operations, is a plus.
