Title: QA Assurance - Local (MN) posted on 2014-05-29 19:27:50 Job Description:We are looking for Local QA Analysts in Minneapolis, MN: 6 Plus Months Position: Senior QA Analyst Location: Minneapolis, MN Duration: 6 Months Interview Process: Phone and Face to Face interview Job Requirements: Experience: 5 Years Number of openings: MULTIPLE Employment Type: Contract/1099/C2C/W2 Work authorization: Any US Work Authorization Rate: Market Skills: QA, Agile, Test Driven Experience, Cucumber, Healthcare, Web Application, SOAP-UI Testing Details: Position accountabilities include: * Responsible for quality assurance on medium to large sized Agile projects. * Works directly with developers and analysts on the Agile team to ensure test driven development * Represent QA in the Agile process including developing story points which include adequate QA. * Reviews stories, gaining knowledge of what to test, identify missing, incomplete or redundant requirements and/or information. * Document test scenarios and conditions and set-up data.. * Works in the Agile team to create Cucumber feature files for test automation * Executes manual testing as necessary, ensure test data integrity, verify test results against requirements, test cases and documents discrepancies as defined by the Agile project team. * Coordinate testing issues and results with Agile team. * Learn from other QA team members the methods of finding test data or reusing the QA test bed. Position requirements: * Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science, Business Administration or equivalent * 5+ years experience an in-depth knowledge of Quality Assurance procedures * 3+ years experience with Agile processes * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail * Able to effectively balance priorities in a rapid-paced and fluid environment * Capable of understanding healthcare and health promotion concepts * Capable of clearly communicating complex issues to technical or non-technical personnel * Able to work and communicate effectively in a fast-moving, agile product development environment * Proficient database concepts including SOAP-UI testing of web services * Experience testing Mobile applications and devices Preferred Qualifications: 1. 3+ years experience of extensive web applications testing 2. Healthcare experience is preferred 3.
