*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*


•         PROGRAM EXECUTIVE LEVEL STATUS REPORTING
o   IDENTIFY WHICH PROGRAMS TO BE INCLUDED IN SIR, MOR & CORPORATE KISR
REPORTING
o   IDENTIFY WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PRODUCING UPDATES FOR EACH PROGRAM
o   SET UP REPORTING MODEL FOR EACH PROGRAM FOR SIR, MOR, & CORPORATE KISR
  IMPLEMENT ANY REQUIRED CHANGES IN PLANVIEW/BUSINESS OBJECTS, ETC
o   ALIGN REPORTING NEEDS WITH OPERATIONS
o   TRACK PROGRESS OF REPORTING SET UP
o   ESTABLISH EXECUTIVE LEVEL REPORTING MEETING W/COLLARY, BLOOM,
OTHERS…………..
•         FINANCIAL SPEND REPORTING/ANALYSIS – NEW RESOURCE
o   PRODUCE DATA FROM PLANVIEW FOR WEEKLY, MONTHLY, AD-HOC LABOR SPEND NEEDS
o   PARTNER WITH FINANCE TO IDENTIFY/ESTABLISH FINANCIAL REPORTING
NEEDS/MODEL, ROLL-UPS, ETC.
o   DRIVE IMPLEMENTATION OF PMO STANDARD FINANCIAL REPORTING MODEL
  NEW GCIC PROJECTS
  ADDITIONAL WORK TO PRODUCTIONALIZE CURRENT STRATEGIC PROGRAMS
•         ENHANCEMENTS FROM 1ST ROUND OF REVIEWS
•         EXECUTIVE LEVEL SUMMARY VERSION
•         ALIGNMENT WITH GTC & INTERNATIONAL
•         EXECUTIVE LEVEL CHANGES
o   ALIGN GCIC FINANCIAL SPEND REQUIRMENTS AND REPORTING MODEL(S) WITH
OPERATIONS
o   OBTAIN IN-DEPTH UNDERSTANDING OF CURRENT BUDGET & ALLOCATION PROCESSES
o   PARTNER WITH FINANCE TO PRODUCE/UNDERSTAND MONTHLY VARIANCE ANALYSIS
(DIRECT SPEND, INDIRECT ALLOCATIONS, GCIC/OT&T VARIANCES)
o   LEAD EFFORTS TO CARE FOR ON-GOING BUDGET CHANGES, AD-HOC REQUESTS
o   DRIVE COMMUNICATION OF MONTHLY BUDGET ANALYSIS TO KEY INTERNAL
STAKEHOLDERS
o   MANAGE ON-GOING LOB FORECASTING MODEL CHANGES RELATED TO CHANGES TO OUR
SHARED POOL MODEL
•         CAPACITY PLANNING
o   ESTABLISH SEPARATE CAPACITY PLANNING MODEL FOR INCREMENTAL GCIC & OT&T
RESOURCES
o   ENSURE INCREMENTAL RESOURCES ARE SEPARATELY TRACKED IN MASTER HEADCOUNT
SPREADSHEET
•         OTHER REPORTING
o   PRODUCE DATA/REPORTING TO TRACK & EVALUATE TIME SPENT ON GCIS & OT&T
PROGRAMS
  ALL TECHNOLOGY GROUPS (TOTAL)
  PMO (TOTAL)
  PMO (INDIVIDUAL LEVEL)






Job Requirements: *SKILLS:*

1)      Business Objects Reporting  - ability to create and edit reports.
Ability to Build & modify queries (SQL).  Able to create variables that
relate to dimensions.  Able to understand and use advanced features of BO.

2)      Excel.  Able to create and maintain pivot tables, complex
equations, complex conditional formatting, advanced coding in VBA macros.

3)      Planview.  Working knowledge of planview lifecycle processes and
planview manager details.  Able to convert planview knowledge into Business
Objects reporting.  BO metadata universe is aligned to PV data.

4)      Good analytical ability.  Able to take concepts and build reports
and processes.  Focused on building repeatable, non-manual reports &
processes.  Individual should understand project management well enough to
be able to report on projects / phases / milestones / actuals / estimates /
baselines.

5)      Budget/Financial Analysis Experience

*Needed only - Green Card Holder and U.S.Citizens and Preferable Locales*
