*MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH OLFM (Oracle Lease and Finance Management)* *Position:Oracle EBS Lead Developer With (OLFM Experience)Location:New Orleans, LADuration: 6 MonthsContract* Job Responsibilities: This role is responsible the day to day management of the Oracle EBS Development team. The team will initially be focused around the OLFM (Oracle Lease and Finance Management) product set. The Development lead will oversee the New Orleans development team, ensuring timeliness and quality for technical deliverables. This role will also work with the COE Leader and Application Architect to build technical requirements and tasks, which will be prioritized among the development team. Essential Responsibilities: • Day to day management of New Orleans Oracle EBS development team: Ensure project and task deliverables are met, performance management of team members including objective setting and monitoring and career management and skills development. • Plan the technical delivery for the agreed project scope, allocate the team resources, manage technical delivery and provide regular progress reports/dashboards and issues. • Provide detail direction on the technical designs to Oracle Applications Developers, review development’s outcome and complete the quality assessment against the technical review checklist and development standards. • Work closely with the COE Application Architect, Program Management Leader and Testing Leader to develop processes and procedures for aspects of the OLFM delivery lifecycle. • Responsible for technical design, code development and technical configuration as per agreed functional specification and Oracle eBusiness Suite custom development standards, including new custom components or changes to the existing custom components (Reports, Interfaces, Technical configuration, Workflows, application Extensions). • Responsible for assessing functional requirements technical feasibility and providing feedback to the functional Oracle SME on the technical solution risk, effort and intrusiveness. • Responsible for technical components delivery (code, installation scripts, technical configuration, documentation), as per Oracle and GE program development standards, unit test scripts/data sets preparation and execution, troubleshooting /debugging issues during various project test phases (Unit Test, Link, System Integration and User Acceptance Test) and Production support. • Responsible for custom components performance tuning: database statistics analysis and implementation of code changes and new table indexes. • Responsible for recommending non-intrusive technical configuration design (personalization) to reduce complexity and future support overhead. • Responsible for adhering to Oracle eBusiness Suite custom development standards and GE Oracle program naming conventions and standards, complying to code review checklist, version control, Quality and Release procedures Qualifications/Requirements: Basic Requirements • Bachelor’s degree (or 4 years equivalent working experience) with 7+ years of IT experience • 2+ years of team lead experience • Proven experience and expertise in Oracle application development with excellent technical skills with Oracle EBS 11 and 12 Financial Modules (AP/GL/CM/AR/FA/CRM/HR/Workflow etc.), Oracle Application Object Library (AOL/FND), EBS API’s, EBS Oracle Forms 10g (10.1.2.3.0), Oracle Reports 10g (10.1.2.3.0) , Discoverer, Oracle Application Development Framework 12.1.3 -JDeveloper 10g, Oracle BI Publisher. • Experience with multi-site or global implementations of Oracle EBS Applications • Ideally experience with Oracle Lease and Financial Management (OLFM) implementations/support. • Experience in the full lifecycle of an Oracle ERP project ( Requirements, Functional design, Technical Design, Build, Testing and Cutover to live) Desired Characteristics • Experience providing technical design documentation based on the functional design and requirements provided by the Oracle Functional Team • Working knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL programming (11g and higher), SQL (advance queries, tuning) • Working knowledge in Unix/Linux shell scripting • Strong understanding of Oracle databases (including tables, views, indexes, table spaces, etc.) • Excellent understanding of Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) and the translation of business requirements into them • Experience with change management tools and processes, including source code control, versioning, branching, defect tracking and release management. • In-depth knowledge of applications code registration procedures • Being able to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure. • Having excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (or related field) preferred.
