Job Description:*Responsibilities:*
· Position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of testing
activities for their projects.
· Planning and executing work plans of multiple initiatives,
verifying work of team members following standards.
· Assists and drives quality activities into the organization.
· Provide mentorship and training to members of the organization in
quality practices.
· Proactively contributes, offers recommendations, and identifies
risks and solutions associated with proposed or existing software
applications strategies.
· Versatile enough to understand several different applications and
to be a Subject Matter Expert in more than one application.
· Well versed in all aspects of testing (e.g. analysis, planning,
performance, automation, etc.) and able to speak to needs for each.
Has broad expertise in the field's concepts, practices and procedures, and
expertly performs a variety of complex tasks with minimal guidance.
Job Requirements: *Required Skill's : *
- *Education: *BA/BS (preferred)
- Minimum 6+ Years of Experience
- *Must have strong ECommerce and automation skills*
- *Strong demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in all stages
of the project lifecycle. *
- *Communicates effectively across the organization, building key
relationships with business and technical team members, as well as with
management and senior leadership. *
- *This includes the ability to write and speak clearly and concisely. *
- *Demonstrated questioning, listening and non-verbal professional
communication skills.*
