*Job Description*:
Information technology operations management expertise leading within a
global technical operations organization.• Strong analytical and
problem solving skills applied within an information technology operations
organization.• Champion the LEAN methodology across CTI through the
coaching of staff in aligned business units and appropriate management
structures.• Support a number of Transformational activities across
CTI. These will include assigned LEAN Wave implementations and additional
Transformational activities.• Execute strategy to drive optimization
& efficiency saves and eliminate waste from targeted areas of CTI.•
Provide support to the LEAN Program Manager on training, LEAN audits and
continual improvement methodologies.• Demonstrate proven professional
judgment.• Influence and build relationships with key business
partners.• Partner with cross-functional teams supporting the
business to optimize business results
