Work in Agile teams following Agile + SAFe methodologies to deliver high quality products on time with performance and localization requirements in mind. •Design, build, test and deliver high quality, complex frameworks and systems and diagnose and resolve complex issues. •Design and deliver multi-tier SaaS products with web-based, plugin-based, mobile-based clients on the Microsoft technology stack (C# / .NET /SQL Server). •Drive special projects such as code refactoring, reviewing third party libraries, and conducting technical research regarding different ways to improve the development environment / best practices. •Design and build robust SOAP and REST-based Web Services with versioning. •Generate innovative approaches and solutions to complex issues. Develop proof of concepts for these technologies. •Apply software architecture skills to new enhancement projects. •Coach, support and mentor less-experienced staff in their career development, and provide them daily guidance and direction. •Influence peers and technical staff within the team and collaborate with internal customers and work teams across departments. •Responsible for the selection and implementation of technology used on projects, and coordinate technical standards within a development team. •Understand the use of technology and how its implementation affects strategic business goals. •Responsible for resource and project estimates and ensures that implementation follows designs, and directs modifications of designs. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience in software development. • 8+ years of programming experience with Web, Windows .NET framework and C#, and at least 3 years as a senior software development engineer and/or technical lead with similar roles / responsibilities. • *5+ years experience WPF applications, MVC, C#, .Net, Web API, JSON, REST, and SQL Server.* • 3+ years experience developing customer facing applications. • Proficient in object-oriented design and development using software development best practices. • Experience with Microsoft SQL database design, T-SQL and stored procedure programming. • Experience implementing quality up-front initiatives such as TDD, CI, and automated unit test frameworks. • Successful track record delivering high quality products on time while working in Agile Teams and following Agile and SAFe methodologies. • Able to coordinate technical standards within a development team. • Ability to strongly influence peers and technical staff within the team. • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Multi-tiered application environment with SQL, WCF, Web services, HTML5, XML development. • Deep design, development and delivery experience with multi-tier SaaS products with web-based, plugin-based, mobile-based clients on the Microsoft C# /.NET /SQL Server technology stack (ASP.Net, WPF, HTML5, REST, WCF, etc.). • Experience building hosted applications in a large multi-data center environment. • Expert at designing, coding, and implementing with 24/7 stability, performance, scalability, localization requirements in mind. • Commercial external customer-facing software development experience to be considered.
