The Technical Business Analyst defines requirements for improving processes and systems, reducing their costs, enhancing their sustainability, and the quantification of potential business benefits. The Technical Business Analyst also plays a role in ensuring software quality, process modeling, providing advice and guidance and monitoring emerging technologies. Business Analysis * Conduct investigative work to determine business requirements and specify effective business processes. * Collaborate with stakeholders to produce effective strategy studies, business requirements specifications and feasibility studies. * Prepare business cases which define potential benefits, options for achieving these benefits through development of new or changed processes, and associated business risks. * Discover operational requirements, problems, and opportunities, seeking effective business solutions through process or automation improvements. * Work iteratively with stakeholders to identify potential benefits and available options for consideration, and in defining acceptance tests.
