Title: *Business Analyst with QA Experience* Location:* Green Bay, WI 54304* Duration: *6+ months contract* *Responsibilities* - Looking for a BA/QA resource to support platform. S/He must have experience gathering requirements directly from the end user/clients. - 7-8 years of overall experience as a BA/QA - Analyzes, tests, and certifies application-specific software and performs ambiguity reviews of business requirements and functional specification documents. - Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to insure requirements are defined, updated, organized and easily understood by both technical and non-technical team members. - Test Plan and Strategy Creation. - Testing with file loads, bulk, extract testing will be added advantage - Experience working within software development life cycles (ie. Agile SCRUM and/or waterfall methodologies). - He/she should be able to create test files/data. - Demonstrated ability to work with large quantities of data and convert it into understandable results - Supports testing activities - Recommends testing strategies to ensure all new system changes developed meet the baseline requirement. - Reports testing progress and testing results performed by the team. - Coordinates the user acceptance test (UAT) phase, including developing UAT strategy, assisting team with issues reported by the customer, and communicating and reporting UAT results and actions.
