The GIS Office is focused on utilizing findings from past needs assessments and current County business priorities to determine how best to leverage existing data, systems, and staff resources to promote and support data-driven policy and programs, in support of our constituents. Business Operations Analysis Task Evaluate data team strategic directions, goals, services, resources and systems, to identify strengths, weaknesses and collaborative opportunities. Task Deliverables - Report on key findings of past status and direction - Interview questionnaire - Onsite interviews - Interview Findings and Gap Analysis Data Analytics for Action Task (Operationalizing and Embedding Analytics for Action) Evaluate County initiatives and priorities, departmental use of GIS data and systems, constituent demographics and needs, and showcase how data is and can be used as a County asset through relevant use cases.
