Responsibilities Lead end-to-end analysis and documentation of business procedures including all logic, validations, and dependencies involved. Includes working as an effective liaison between groups to ensure that needs are addressed while maintaining alignment to the goals and strategy. Document and organize business flows to enable successful implementation of useful solutions to solve complex business problems by working across various teams, understanding the needs of our customers. Interact hands-on with teams and customers to identify opportunities for enhancements and work to provide solutions. Support projects working to define systems architecture to support cross-functional, multi-system solutions that scale and are flexible to meet the future needs of the organization. Maintain and enhance workflows that support functionality within Salesforce Lightning. Support the design, scoping, implementation, and testing in short agile release cycles of in-house development and vendor implementations end-to-end. Drive enhancements to product features customizations and integrations with other Systems. Serve as a subject matter expert in the business problems you solve. Support multiple projects with dependencies, simultaneously. Anticipate business needs and respond with alternative solutions with priorities change. Document standard operating procedures and best practices for the Salesforce business team.
