*Must have 10+ Years experience. * *Job Title: Sr Business Analyst* *Location: Green Bay, WI** – Open for 100 % Remote* *Duration: 12+ Months* *Responsibilities:* - Innovate, integrate and implement complex IT solutions. - Delivers results within established scope, schedule and costs. - Support applications relating to raw materials procurement, orders, machine scheduling, production, product testing, finished goods inventory, invoicing and sales reporting. - Translate business user needs into defined project requirements. - Grow job knowledge by reading professional publications, maintaining industry contacts and participating in professional organizations. - Be proficient in the usage of Rally/Jira and maintain minimum standards that accurately reflect the state of the work - Work directly with technical developers and analysts to assist in story creation and documenting detailed success criteria - Perform testing at feature level and ensure the system is achieving expected outcomes - Perform checkout and validation after non-prod code deployments and work across tech departments to resolve issues - Work with business and development team to re-create issues and document steps - Create, Track and manage defect lifecycle, understanding impacts and work with extended team to help validate and solve - Document functional user stories, process flows, test scenarios - Perform testing across systems, emulating business process - Understand and help define feature success in the form of detailed requirements gathering - Ability to assist technical team in troubleshooting activities using appropriate tools like SQL, XML, etc. - Works across team to create detailed deployment plans including all technical details and validation procedures to ensure success implementation - Understand and document expectations, requirements and functionality - Performs Demos to broad audiences - Drives backlog grooming sessions to align and collaborate on plan - Drives and collaborates prioritization discussion to a decision on how to proceed - Ensures requirements are aligned with success criteria of the initiative - Draw diagrams and system flows that demonstrate solution options and expectations - Reviews third party product release plans and plans for impact - Actively provides feedback on process, issues, performance and continuous improvement. - Represents cross business requirements and drives toward a viable solution for all stakeholders *Qualifications:* - Information Technology Degree or relevant experience - 10+ years of Business Analyst experience. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent attention to detail. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively.
