*Role: Business Analyst * *Location: Remote* *IP: Genpact* *Required:* *Consultant will be responsible to complete the analysis (impact, gap, BAU, data and process) and provide an end-to-end solution for the business ask on the assigned squads detailed above by performing the following tasks :–* · Work with business partners to recommend and influence requirement statement. · Decide on the story board, epics and story mapping. · Understand the business processes impacted by the request. · Perform research on 3DR or through outreach to SMEs. · Work with PO and SM in keeping the backlog groomed and prioritize by continuously providing input on requirements during backlog refinement. · Work with PO, SM and Dev team members to finalize estimates for external work items. · Lead solution conversations between development and business groups by providing:- Ø Impacted Teams (see checklist – internal and downstream) Ø Current State and Target State workflow diagrams Ø Data mappings Ø Screenshots/mockups Ø Use Cases/Scenarios · Document all necessary details to User Stories required for development team to develop the solution. · Work with PO to resolve any ambiguity on the requirements/stories.
