*QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:*
*1. PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE:*
- Eight years of experience in managing successful, large-scale IT
projects that included software analysis, design, and programming.
- Eight years of experience in delivering projects on the agreed
schedule, to the correct technical specification (i.e., defined to meet
user requirements) within the approved budget and other
specified criteria.
- Eight years of experience with Change Management.
- Eight years of experience with Risk Management.
- Eight years of experience in developing detailed project
documentation and presentations.
- Eight years of experience in meeting facilitation and documentation.
- Five years of experience using Microsoft Project or a comparable
project management software application to track and maintain projects.
*2. BUSINESS ANALYST EXPERIENCE:*
- Five years of experience in User Acceptance Testing methodologies and
documentation.
Two years of experience with SQL relational database concepts.
Five years of experience in communicating effectively with the software
development team. 5.2.4.
Five years of experience with determining and documenting user requirements.
Five years of experience in the collection and analysis of data and
software process evaluation
and improvements.
