The right candidate will be experienced with manual software testing, scripting, and test automation. Adherence to client and team development standards while displaying creativity and generating high-quality, secure code is critical. All candidates should expect to be asked detailed technical questions to assess their skills. Candidates must be U.S. Citizens, and should be prepared to show a valid U.S. Passport or birth certificate. *Technical Requirements* · The ability to learn new test tools quickly · Working knowledge of and the ability to debug through code in ASP.NET, C#, and SQL (MS SQL) · Proficient use of testing tools to facilitate automated testing. · Familiarity with object-oriented concepts in development. Disciplined and orderly programming skills. Able to work within a coding standard. · Good working knowledge of testing methodologies and strategies, including: black vs. white box testing; feature and regression testing; load, stress, and performance testing *Qualitative Requirements* · The ability to work with minimal supervision while remaining on-task and deadline-oriented. · Outstanding communication skills; clear, detailed, and uncluttered.
