Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Est. Term: 3 - 6 months

Required Skills:
Business Continuity, Hewlett Packard Service Center or Peregrine, ITIL
Certification
Objectives/Accountabilities:
* Solve business problems or improve business capabilities through
the application of extensive business expertise and analysis.
* The position will provide business analysis primarily for
applications that BISD uses and function as part of a development and
support team.
* Accountable for the deliverables of a project and a support team.
Technical Knowledge:
* 5-7 years practical experience as a Business Analyst
* ITIL Certification
* Previous experience with Hewlett Packard Service Center or
Peregrine
* Previous experience with Teamplay or other project management
application
* Previous experience with Business Continuity
* Experience with SQL or an equivalent database manipulation tool
required
