NOTE: I am not looking for a pure Network or Systems Administrator. This group handles the enterprise Application support.. they support over 40 applications that reside on numerous Servers. They need to have strong knowledge on Systems Administration, LAN, WAN, etc.. but the emphasis will be on the support of the Applications that reside on the Servers, and troubleshoot those issues.
