Please find the brief requirement below:- Location: *Beaverton, OR* Duration: *Full time Permanent* *Senior Technical Marketing Engineer*** Our Client has an opening for a senior Technical Marketing Engineer (TME) with experience in data center products. It is an exciting startup that is developing I/O virtualization systems that work with rack and blade servers. The candidate will report to the Director of Product Marketing. There are great career prospects to allow this candidate to transition into product management, product marketing, channel marketing and some engineering roles. The Technical Marketing Engineer must enjoy working hands on with technology in the lab and marketing this knowledge to large OEM customers. · Working with marketing, engineering, services and the sales channels this role involves: The introduction of new I/O virtualization systems products and its management including producing support · of technical MARKETING material and expertise to the sales channel. Assist product managers and engineering in qualifying appropriate early field test and beta sites and working with these betas to gain hands on experience for launch materials. · Creation of outbound materials by liaising with the rest of the marketing team as well as engineering to produce solution guides, white papers, implementation guides, reviewers guides and competitive papers. · Collecting the input from the sales field for new features and ensuring these features are implemented successfully. · Training sales staff and acting as field sales engineer when necessary. · Working with significant sales opportunities and being a technical evangelist. *Work experience requirements*** · Minimum of 5 years of experience as a technical marketing engineer working with data center products · A high level of hands on LAN and SAN experience with customers is required · Development of PowerPoint presentations and training material is required · Past experience writing technical papers (white papers/Tech notes/ implementations guides) for a public audience is required. · Technical expertise in documenting hardware, software and data center management technologies · Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering or Science · Prior experience working with larger computer manufacturers OEMs is a strong plus * * *Personality Requirements** * · Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize many tasks · Outgoing person that enjoys meeting new people · Focused and goal driven · Good verbal & written communication skills · Can do attitude · Working and managing across organizational boundaries · Extensive Use Of Microsoft Office products · Board Level Presentation experience · Public Speaking experience · Ability to travel – 25% of the time If you are interested to pursue for this opportunity please send us your resume to take it to the next level.
