*Position: Oracle Apps BA* *Location: Sunnyvale, CA* *Duration: 6 months contract* *Rate: $50-55/hr (Not Negotiable)* *Required BSA skills:* - Requirements gathering expertise (key). -Business process re-engineering (not just an implementation). Level of implementation customizations. - Ability to Analyze how has this been demonstrated in past projects. BA will have to analyze impacts to their own processes and others cross functional implementations. - Documentation hands on and not so much as a consultant or PM. What methods & tools have been used? -Ability to go through the BA functions requirements, GAP analysis, facilitation, testing, and implementation, past experiences with these functions, independently, and within a team. BA will have to function as quality control of Deloitte deliverables. -Communications skills talking and listening, asking questions, answering the questions asked. Excellent writing skills. Fluency in English. -Ability to work with Systems Integrators (our 3rd party DT consultants) -Technical but not too much. R12 experience (we won't have time to do much training). Act as liaison between business and IT not duplicate the IT representation. Understand the business applications. -Business and system knowledge is broad but expertise is focused to the area being supported. -Tools workflow, diagrams, templates (AIM), testing (Quality Management) -General fit go getter, ability to work independently -Organizations member of IIBA?
