The project is to enhance an existing Mortgage Refinance desktop application to improve agent productivity and throughput. The current mortgage rate rally is making this changes a very high priority to the business and a large number of users continue to be added the system to support the volumes. This role is to work with the business to complete detailed requirements, Technical Specifications and Testing documentation for the project. *Responsibilities: *The position is responsible for working with our business partners to deliver requirements and design specifications needed for the development, enhancement, integration and testing support of a Mortgage refinance desktop application. Description: Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Prepares specifications for system changes. Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Acts as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies. Good communication and writing skills, with the ability to talk to both business people and technical people. Should be able to communicate complex subjects in easy-to-understand terms. Stays current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
