All the below positions are located at Framingham-MA Client: Retail Industry Interviews process: Telephonic followed by in-person (if exceptional Consultant non local, I will try for telephonic only). Duration: 6-9 months (may go longer) Requirements follows: 1. Senior Business Analyst – HR/Payroll Discover Reports: Job Description: The SBA will be part of the Business Services team and will work Closely with the Project Phoenix HR/Payroll core team through the implementation of Oracle's E-Business Suite. The analyst will interact with business users to gather business requirements for content of Discoverer reports. The SBA will work closely with the development and testing teams in the creation of Custom Folders in support of Discoverer reporting. The analyst will also provide informal training to client HR/Payroll and Business Services team members on Discoverer reports. The analyst may also assist with the building system configurations, designing/executing Test Plans, and recording of results. Requirements: Strong HR/Payroll background. 2+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite. Strong knowledge of Oracle Discoverer Report writing and Custom Folder definitions. Working knowledge of generally accepted HR practices Knowledge of the retail environment is preferred Strong Oracle skills in OAB, HR, Compensation and Payroll. Strong Organizational skills High level of analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills Experience with standards for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and Systems Life Cycle Methodology ======================================================================================================================== 2.
